Read the community guidelinesPros: Aquatic products driver, salary NT$47,000.
Fixed breakfast; occasionally the company provides drinks
or snacks or lunch.
Cons: 1: It is flattering to call it a driver position; in reality, you do miscellaneous tasks, including carrying bags of goods.
2: The job posting says driver, but it involves working in a traditional market:
killing fish, cleaning and organizing the shop—everything.
3: It is a family business. The junior boss has an extremely bad temper.
He verbally abuses people without needing a reason and cannot distinguish right from wrong.
Driver turnover is extremely high. People do not leave because they are tired;
they leave because they are yelled at. All the partner stores,
vendors, and others in the industry know that the boss is difficult to deal with.
4: Violates the Labor Standards Act and does not provide labor or health insurance. Overtime
work of 12–14 hours is common, and there are only 3 days off per month.
Advice: Unless you have no other choice or are selling yourself to bury your father,
do not step on this landmine. Think carefully.
