The environment is very chaotic. The work is very disorganized. Amazingly, whether you can receive the bonus depends on how quickly you work. If you ask questions, the problem is considered to be yours. Supervisors manage people by yelling at them. Are they going through menopause every day? I produce things. I have to find, assemble, and test every item myself. Is the boss making too much money? One person is used as three. And then they think the salary and benefits they provide are very good. Extremely stingy. Extremely complacent.
