Honestly... there’s no need to arrive early (just arrive right on time), because you’ll have to wait about 20–30 minutes for the boss to arrive. (I later saw her interviewing other people at the company, and it was the same.)

Then someone from the company will first apply the skincare products they developed (non-toxic) to you.

Oh, and the boss usually conducts group interviews, so you’ll wait together with the other interviewees XD

After the boss arrives, she’ll spend 30–40 minutes giving a solo performance. She’ll first talk at length about her vision, travel anecdotes, and experiences running shops in mainland China, as well as all the people she knows.

Basically, it’s like listening to a 60-year-old talk about things unrelated to you, so you don’t need to listen too carefully...

Once you get through that, she’ll ask for your opinion. Remember, she won’t ask about your education or work experience; she’ll ask what you think about everything she just talked about.

In short, just answer with something like, “Mm-hmm, okay, I think that sounds pretty good,” and you’ll be fine.

After that, she’ll take turns asking everyone a few simple questions (as follows).

Try to dress as formally as possible and apply a little makeup. It’s even better if you can sound energetic!

The entire interview takes about two hours.

1. The two senior colleagues at the company are both nice. They get along very well and are willing to mentor others.
