People who are not good at responding or are introverted may find it very difficult after joining. The store manager will also place particular demands on you, but it depends on whether you can figure things out and whether you are willing to overcome your introversion. Once you become more familiar with everyone, things can still improve a lot~
People who want to enthusiastically serve every traveler may be a little disappointed after joining, because efficiency is emphasized more here. Sometimes, they feel that overly detailed efforts are unnecessary and there is not much time to attend to guests, although the basic services are still provided. Being somewhat cold when serving customers is considered normal. After I started working there, I gradually became assimilated, lost my enthusiasm, and developed a worse temper. I feel that this is a regrettable aspect of the job.
The lunch break for the morning shift is a little later, but it is fine once you get used to it.
