Pros

Leaving work on time

Cons

At the beginning of the interview, they said the role offered a high degree of freedom. However, once you start working and propose ideas, there are a whole lot of opinions, and in the end you can only do what the boss wants. Whenever money is involved, the boss is extremely stingy. During the interview, they said the year-end bonus would be two to three months' salary, but later I found out that there was no year-end bonus at all. They also agreed on what the salary would be after the probation period, but after the probation period they did not pay the agreed salary. When I asked the boss about it, the boss became unhappy and ultimately gave a bunch of excuses for not paying the salary they had originally promised. Working with influencers also involved a lot of opinions: they wanted good results while also wanting to keep costs low.

The boss thinks they are very capable, but the products are terrible. They leave a pile of customer complaints unresolved, only taking action when customers sue, or replying carelessly when customers make inquiries. Once customers get angry, they stop responding and make us handle the aftermath.

They think everything we have is something they have bestowed on us, while demanding that we make full use of our own belongings and showing no care for them. They asked us to deliver things to vendors even though it was outside our responsibilities, and did so in a very rude tone. They also made us handle tasks that should clearly have been done by the sales manager, who is a relative or otherwise closely connected to the boss. If we asked about it, someone would immediately report us, and then the boss would post in the group chat asking what we were being so particular about and whether we could not help each other. Besides asking us to do things that provide absolutely no benefit to the company, that salesperson spent their working hours looking for things to do, watching videos, and browsing online shopping sites. Even five-minute meetings consisted of pointless nonsense. Every day they looked for trouble with us, while thinking they were very capable. Most outrageous of all, the company does not provide toilet paper—you have to bring your own~~There are many other problems as well.
