Believers’ money is easy to swindle

1. Can work remotely, saving time and money on commuting

2. Even when going into the office, you hardly ever see the boss

1. Frequently delays payments to vendors, making it difficult for employees to deal with them

2. Often impossible to reach the boss, making coordination very difficult because you have to accommodate their U.S. time zone. But whenever the boss has an urgent matter, they immediately show up ^^

3. Meetings usually have no focus and mostly waste time

4. No overtime pay; working late on holidays is the norm. The boss says there will be bonuses if projects make money, using some kind of KSF bonus system (but no employee has ever received one since I joined)

5. Although you applied for a position at this company, you are also required to handle business for another company owned by the boss’s wife, without any additional pay

6. Blacklisted in the architecture industry

7. The company does not proactively bid for projects, so even when vendors say they will report them to the police for not receiving payment, it will not affect the company’s ability to work on projects in the future
