Read the community guidelinesColleagues in our department get along well; I have no comment on other departments.
Having a snack cabinet is pretty nice, although it makes it easy to gain weight.
The boss is also quite nice and very polite—a good boss. It’s just that they may be too easily influenced by the wrong people and tend to trust others too readily, which can lead to the wrong people being assigned to the right positions.
Things are not very well established, including the training system. Some managers are biased, making it difficult for those below them to have any expectations for the company’s future. We were suddenly notified that the project was ending and were then forced to be laid off. I deeply regret joining this company. I recommend that everyone think twice before joining—first ask whether the project might be terminated before considering it. There is always a risk of unemployment. Although the company signs contracts, once a project ends, it will still kick employees out without hesitation and may even propose termination. Think twice, then think twice again, before joining!
It’s utterly astonishing. This company is really not good at all.
The interviewer was friendly and clearly explained the job responsibilities and company benefits. Training is provided, and there is no probationary period. The perfect-attendance bonus decreases according to attendance; one instance of tardiness will not result in the entire bonus being deducted.
The customer service position follows a rotating-day-off schedule. You can designate only three days off per month; the remaining days are scheduled by the supervisor.
