Read the community guidelinesWorking hours:
Very fixed, 8:00–17:00.
Even if you want to work overtime, they won’t let you.
Because they won’t pay overtime.
They only use compensatory leave instead.
------Only after joining will you find out------
Usually, by Friday, only 1/3 of the employees remain at the company,
because everyone has unused leave that they need to take.
You cannot take more than three consecutive days off,
or you will lose your perfect-attendance bonus.
Being late results in a pay deduction.
Taking more than two hours of leave is counted as half a day’s salary.
Year-end bonus: 1.5 months’ salary.
Employee stock ownership:
Don’t even think about it. What kind of stock would you expect from a company that only provides plain rice for lunch?
Bonuses: They are all taken by sales, customer service, or supervisors; the people underneath them basically receive no bonuses.
Job duties: Google and Yahoo keyword campaigns / Facebook fan page / retail stores / website event copywriting / conceptualizing the overall flow and visual design of events
It looks quite stable, but it is actually very stingy. A certain accountant is very good at offending people. Travel-expense claims are troublesome, and there are also a ton of rules for buying the company’s own products.
The main issue is that those products are sold so expensively...
More than half of the employees are over 40. Turnover there is very high, and young people don’t stay long.
The company seems to take these older women for granted, and many of the rules are actually very inhumane.
Every department is pursuing its own agenda.
Supervisors steal employees’ ideas to take credit.
If you make a mistake that gets them reprimanded, they will come back and reprimand you as well. When there is nothing to do, they go out to secretly smoke and loaf around.
They are late every day. It seems to be a responsibility-based work system, so they are not worried.
The Google and Yahoo keywords have scrubbed away their previous dispute over company assets. Anyone interested can ask employees who have been there for over seven or eight years.
The base salary they offer is low, and part of the pay is given in cash... Why is part of it paid in cash??
The main point is that the company makes heavy deductions, and the stated reasons for them are very strange. Basically, they just want to deduct your money.
The people in charge have no ability but a lot of opinions. They are easily swayed and will never accomplish much.
In any case, management specifically bullies employees who are angry but afraid to speak up. If someone is too conspicuous, assertive, or capable, they will basically be forced out.
Also, why does the company have the right to ask you for invoices? To evade taxes by exploiting loopholes.
