The job description is not clear enough:
“Employees without experience will receive comprehensive training from the company.”
There is nothing wrong with this sentence, but I only found out during the actual interview that:
1. You must first pay tuition of NT$36,000 (for learning eyelash extensions and beauty treatments).
If you remain employed for two years, the amount will be refunded at NT$3,000 per month.
If you leave before completing two years, the full NT$36,000 will be retained.
2. In the second year, or when advancing to the next skill level, you must pay another tuition fee of nearly NT$100,000 to learn powder brows and hairline procedures.
If you do not use the hairline technique at the company in the future,
but instead start your own business or perform the procedure elsewhere, you must compensate the company for the tuition fee
because it is patented.
3. During the training period, the salary is the minimum wage, including NT$500 for perfect attendance.
During training, you must continually find models to come to the company for practice and ask them to check in and share posts.
There is no commission for performing procedures
unless you have completed the training period.

The company is located in an alley near Linsen North Road. I believe there is certainly no shortage of customers in that area, but for people without experience who want to learn,
these conditions are not something everyone can afford. The job description is not detailed enough, and attending an interview in person only wastes everyone's time.
