From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. is volunteer work. For overtime starting at 10:00 p.m., every additional hour allows you to arrive half an hour late the next day. For overtime starting at 2:00 a.m., every additional hour earns half an hour of compensatory leave that month. Overtime on holidays works the same way: one hour of overtime equals half an hour of compensatory leave～
