Pros
1. The location is very close to an MRT station
2. The people at the company are easy to get along with. Everyone is self-disciplined, and there is no clocking in or out
3. The company’s理念 is great. It feels like a very cohesive company without any sense of bureaucracy—everyone is in the same boat
Cons
1. If there’s a chance, I’d like to switch to a place where I don’t have to climb such steep stairs to the third floor
2. The air conditioning isn’t cold enough. What are we going to do in the summer?
