The interviewer, Ms. Chen, had a poor attitude and challenged the interviewee right from the start without carefully reviewing the interviewee’s résumé. Only at the end did she say that the experience did not match and that they wanted to find stable candidates. The company requires at least five years of experience—is the stability of the employees they refer to genuine stability, or are they simply too lazy to look for another job? There seem to be a lot of redundant employees!! A waste of the interviewee’s time
