Read the community guidelines1. Good air quality
2. Located deep in the mountains, so it is very quiet
1. Unless you really have thick skin, seriously, do not come here.
2. The local community members have nothing better to do and love to gossip and spread rumors. Even though the boss is often hurt by rumors, they still believe them and misunderstand employees.
3. They take good care of you at first, but after some time their true nature comes out, bringing all kinds of blame and distrust.
4. When they lose their temper, they unleash a barrage of abuse in the group LINE chat or over the phone. Apparently, the boss is the most aggrieved person in the whole world.
5. They assume that because you have a university degree, you can do everything—even having employees with no design training handle design work just to save on design fees.
6. They think they are very capable and love to bring up their successful experiences from 30 years ago.
7. They do not follow standard procedures, and there are frequent unexpected situations that often leave employees caught off guard.
8. They have an inflated sense of themselves. When the product itself is not okay, they always think poor performance is the employees’ problem and fault.
9. I have worked here until now without a single meeting ever being held, yet they talk about KPIs in the group chat. They have never said what the company’s standards for improvement are. Seriously, it makes no sense.
10. I have suggested many areas where the company could improve, but they have never listened.
Conclusion: I’m seriously telling everyone: never casually try a community-based job. More often than not, there is a lot of work for little pay, and you still have to be criticized until people are practically drooling.
