How can anyone trust this company's level of professionalism when they don't even read job applicants' autobiographies?
There are summer bonuses, year-end bonuses, and a guaranteed 13 months of salary.
The boss is emotional and often blames people indiscriminately, then later says, “That’s not what I meant.” The staff hired have a very high turnover rate. The boss loves showing off his wealth and boasting about himself, and talks an incredible amount of nonsense. Every day, he spends 1–2 hours talking nonsense, wasting the staff’s working time. There is also a lot of ad hoc work; even when things can’t all be finished, we still have to listen to him give lectures.
