Read the community guidelinesNone—just a bunch of criticisms I want to vent about, including complaints that I can’t work independently and lack aesthetic sense.
The design process is a vicious cycle of problems
They don’t provide the design requirements and expect me to read their minds; when I get it wrong, they get all huffy. I’m the one who should be huffy. This is the first time I’ve encountered someone telling me that design is defined by how many points it’s worth. They fundamentally don’t respect the design industry, yet still want to dictate how much effort should go into the design.
The company’s work allocation is seriously problematic
Every day is filled with meetings, but the work assignments are extremely vague. They still expect progress updates, even though I don’t know the purpose of the daily meetings. Then they give unclear instructions and still expect you to produce the results.
The company’s job titles are seriously problematic
I already felt something was off when I first joined. I had to deal with all kinds of miscellaneous tasks. I’m clearly designing webpages, so why do I also have to review low-voltage electrical drawings? They seem to want to treat me as cheap labor.
In short, there’s only one word for it: terrible. Nothing else can describe it.
I don't know
I arrived on time, but the interviewer was late, so I had to wait there for a while.
They didn't understand design, and even said that other people's designs were simple, so they might not be able to create what the company needs.
((Then why invite me for an interview? One is an image-oriented design, and the other is a system interface—just tell me directly that the image-oriented design is simple?))
They asked irrelevant questions.
((They asked whether, during the period after graduation when I changed jobs, I had relied financially on my family.))

In summary, this interviewer
made me feel looked down on,
looked down on because I have a design background,
and also looked down on me for not having served in the military.
They even questioned why I had changed jobs three times in two years after graduating,
and whether there was something wrong with me.
((I didn't serve in the military because I injured my foot, and I changed jobs because I had taken on temporary positions.
But the interviewer made me feel that they had no intention of listening to any explanation at all.
I made time to come to the interview, yet it felt like they were wasting my time.
