The engineer interview was conducted only by HR.
Not being hired after being interviewed only by HR is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The environment is quite clean, located inside an office building. The HR representative was very polite and friendly.
The conversation lasted almost an hour and involved quite a few questions, but it was pleasant overall.
The parallel management system and flexible working hours are both quite good.
The waiting time for notification after the interview was about one or two days, and they let you know whether or not you were accepted.
They may ask job candidates from the same industry a few questions about the industry’s current situation.
