At first, they made it sound too good to be true, but in reality, it wasn’t like that.
There’s no base salary, and every month we even have to pay for the birthday party. Is this a company benefit or an employee benefit? The internal procedures are slow, and we have to do many things ourselves. They always say we’re a team, but in reality, everyone just does their own thing—they don’t care whether you live or die.
