Legacy reviews: 1
This page collects workplace experiences, questions and discussions submitted by users. Dates shown are submission dates, not periods of employment. Individual reports do not describe the entire company.
Read the community guidelines1. In the evenings, once the supervisors have gone home, you can chat as much as you like as long as your work is done.
2. Quite a few colleagues are nice, easy to get along with, and kind-hearted.
3. Labor insurance is provided.
4. Sometimes there is food when the big stage operates on Saturdays and Sundays, but you will get tired of eating it. Once, I ate noodles containing MSG and ended up with a headache and feeling like vomiting.
5. There is annual leave: 3 days after six months. It currently follows the Labor Standards Act, but you cannot take leave during a colleague’s annual leave (if you are on the same morning or evening shift).
A company that is completely noncompliant with the Labor Standards Act.
1. Health insurance is reported at a lower salary level.
2. There is no such thing as overtime pay at rates like 1.33 or 1.67.
3. In short, don’t expect anything guaranteed by the Labor Standards Act.
4. Six days off per month; the seven-days-worked, one-day-off rule does not exist. You can work 14 consecutive days (with no limit). They do not like employees taking Saturdays and Sundays off; you can only have one Saturday or Sunday off per month.
5. No benefits.
6. There is no such thing as break time. They will tell you that you can take turns resting, but you can only eat at your workstation, and in the end your sense of responsibility will make you answer the phone anyway.
7. As long as you can answer the phone, that is apparently good enough. The salary is unbelievably low. It will be adjusted after the probationary period, but it is still very low.
8. When you are assigned to the evening shift, they write “evening-shift allowance,” but the salary does not change. I don’t know what they mean by “allowance.”
8. Stationery is provided depending on the supervisor’s mood.
9. There are quite a lot of weird people.
10. All meals are ordered for delivery. When there are only two people on the evening shift and an order cannot be placed, there is no way to eat.
11. When orders surge, you keep entering orders until your hands nearly cramp, and the work does not stop. Even the director comes over to answer phones.
12. There may be improvements regarding cockroach infestations.
13. The time clock sometimes has problems. Although I have not experienced this myself, a colleague was told by a supervisor that their record showed they had not clocked out for an entire month.
14. The door lock is broken. It takes a long time to turn the lock, and I don’t know whether it has been repaired.
15. Customer service receives little training, so when customers call, they ramble on about all sorts of things.
16. You can resign at any time within the first three months and leave immediately, but the supervisor will say you cannot and that you must wait until someone is hired.
17. High turnover.
