Read the community guidelinesThe benefits are very good, and the company has established systems. It is governed by rules rather than by individuals, and employees receive everything they are entitled to. HR will ask questions about the content of your résumé, and department managers will also participate in the interview. They will introduce the company’s business, systems, and benefits, and the manager will explain what the position involves.
There is a second interview, and some questions unrelated to the job may be explored in depth.
I interviewed for a customer service position.
The process was as follows:
HR first asked me to fill out some information.
Next was a 30-minute written English test.
You write as much as you can.
There were three questions in total: writing an English email and translating Chinese into English.
After I finished, HR came to explain the company’s benefits and other details.
After that, they notified the customer service manager to come down for the interview.
During the interview, both of them asked questions related to my résumé, as well as questions about spoken English.
Overall, the interview process was very comfortable.
Both HR and the customer service manager were very polite and made a sincere effort to explain everything in detail.
I received notification the next day. Although I wasn’t hired, I still have a very favorable impression of this company.
