Read the community guidelinesThe woman who greeted me for the interview had a very good attitude.
After I arrived at the company, a colleague asked me to sit and wait in one place, leaving me waiting for “a while.” I was then asked to go to the interviewer’s office. The interviewer was a man, and it was the only private office, so I suppose you can guess what position he held. During the interview, he asked about completely irrelevant things such as my zodiac sign and family members. His attitude was somewhat condescending, making me feel that they expected new hires to take on multiple roles and “help out as much as possible” after joining. If you like being overloaded with work, you’re welcome to join.
After the interview, the position was closed and then reopened. A few days later, I suddenly received an acceptance call from the interviewer, who directly asked whether I could start on a certain day. When I replied that I would like two days to consider it, his attitude changed completely. He immediately withdrew the offer in an unexpectedly “condescending tone,” which was truly unimpressive.
They also showed little respect for interviewees.
