The HR interviewer was late, and actually scheduled two interviewees at the same time. The reason given to me was: because a previously scheduled interviewee had stood them up, my colleague simply helped schedule two people instead.

So both interviewees showed up as agreed, and one of them was just supposed to wait around for nothing? And then they shifted the blame to their colleague?
It was truly unbelievable. Also, from the conversation in the interview room, I found out that Marketing has virtually no budget to use, while HR still expects Marketing not to spend any money. It’s absolutely laughable. You can skip it and avoid wasting your time.

The interview lasted about 5 minutes.
After asking the candidate to finish speaking, they sent them away, saying there would be a second interview.
They did not even introduce the company or the job responsibilities.
Their attitude was also extremely arrogant.
Anyone who receives an interview invitation would be better off not going.
It would just be a wasted trip.
