Some colleagues are quite passionate, and the work itself is okay.
Cons
It has all the disadvantages common to startups. Women entering this workplace should be careful: people who play the good cop may find various excuses to pretend to be friendly, engage in physical contact, stand very close face-to-face, and commit various forms of harassment. Do not sit in a corner, as it may be dangerous and difficult to escape.
