Department: Assembly Section
Job title: Assembly Worker
I don’t know about the other departments, but this department has many problems. If you unfortunately end up in one of the teams in the Assembly Section, I still advise you to resign as soon as possible—unless you have friends or relatives in the company; otherwise... you know what I mean!
Unfortunately, I ended up in this section. Let me tell you about it!
The company’s systems and benefits are fairly good. The problem lies with the supervisor! The atmosphere at work is often made very unpleasant! We have that great section manager to thank for it!
1. Poor emotional management
As soon as you notice that he is in a bad mood, you need to be careful. I have seen him curse at subordinates, throw company products, even throw things at employees who had done nothing wrong, and punch and kick company products and walls.
2. Paranoid
He often has the phrase “Don’t get me killed” on his lips. If you whisper to a coworker, he assumes you are badmouthing him. He will also deliberately come over to listen when people are chatting. If an employee accidentally makes a mistake, he assumes it was done intentionally to harm him.
3. Unable to separate personal and professional matters
Whatever you do, don’t offend his friends or relatives, or you will suffer endless consequences.
4. Afraid that the world will be too peaceful
He creates panic; some minor matters become completely distorted when they come from him.
5. Inappropriate wording and threatening tone
“Work overtime until you drop dead,” “Keep working on the pallets until you drop dead,” “I’ll finish off OOO,” “I’ll make sure you can’t stay here,” and so on...
Someone will definitely ask: Why didn’t anyone report it?
If reporting it were useful, would he still be there?
This is based on my personal experience. The work itself isn’t particularly difficult. If you don’t have someone backing you, congratulations! You’ll be the one doing all the hard work. Relationships in this department are very complicated, so it’s best not to trust anyone.
Think carefully before you act. If you want to put yourself through tough training, welcome aboard!
