1. Throughout the interview, they repeatedly criticized how bad the interviewee’s previous organization was.
2. The interviewer asked questions but did not understand the concepts of click-through rate or exposure rate, which was somewhat self-contradictory.
3. They did not clearly describe the ideal working model for the person they were looking for, and the entire interview felt like going around in circles.
4. As for being ghosted, I do not want to say much more, but even after I emailed to ask whether I had been accepted, there was still no response.
