Pros

None at all

Cons

During the interview, they said the position was urgently needed and hoped I could start work the next day. I replied that I needed time to consider it because I was also considering starting work at another company. The next day, I asked for two weeks before starting, and the company replied that it was okay and there was no problem. They also emailed me asking me to prepare the required documents for onboarding. Since there seemed to be no issues, I did not reply to the recruitment agency’s notification email. As a result, the company called me the next day to confirm whether there was any problem, and I confirmed that everything was okay. Yet, four days before I was due to start work!!! they sent me a notification canceling my offer!!!! They did not call to explain or discuss the reason. I was shocked and furious, so I called to ask about it. The HR representative acted as if my failure to reply to the email, combined with the position being urgently needed, was enough reason to cancel my offer. Are you kidding me??? Were the initial phone confirmation and notification email both fake? This company has no credibility and keeps going back on its word. On the other hand, I’m also relieved that I never started working there—who knows what kind of excuses the supervisor or boss might use one day, such as framing employees, withholding their pay, or firing them when they were in a bad mood. I strongly advise other job seekers not to even go to an interview and waste their time. What a terrible, completely disorganized company!!!!!

Pros

None at all! Absolutely terrible!

Cons

The company is very small, located inside an apartment building in a residential area.

There is very little structure. We agreed on the salary at the time, and I also confirmed it with the boss.

But afterward, they cut the salary—after I agreed,

the night before my start date! (Sunday)

A little after 8 p.m.!!!

They said they were no longer hiring me because the pandemic situation was severe.

HR directly said that the company was very chaotic internally and that there were many unexpected situations?

They had already sent me an offer. It felt like they found another candidate with a better cost-performance ratio,

and only did this after comparing us. If so, they should not have sent an offer in the first place.

They treat employment like a joke!

They only told me they were not hiring me after comparing offers because I had asked for a higher salary.

Then why send an offer?

This is a company that does not even understand the basic hiring process!
