The interview process is excessively long...... Although the test questions are said to be not difficult, they feel to have essentially nothing to do with the position......
Getting a high score is useless....... After the internal interview, it felt like they were simply looking for a job applicant who is durable, inexpensive, and easy to use.
The interviewer asked about this and that, asking many questions........ The job posting did not indicate that it was a responsibility-based position, but during the interview they additionally said so.
It felt like several of the interviewers were somewhat calculating, asking strange questions to see whether the applicant's way of speaking suited their preferences.
Even having experience is no match for someone else who is offered a lower salary than you....... The test and experience were just for fun......
Those who are seriously looking for a job and do not want poor compensation should think twice. Although the interviewer said that their benefits were good,
it is probably best to just listen to that. Good benefits are meaningless if you cannot get in, and after getting in, the work environment is another
consideration.
