The boss’s mood really fluctuates a lot. There’s nothing wrong with having mood swings, but they often affect work decisions, which also change unpredictably with the boss’s mood. The favoritism toward men over women is extremely serious; the pay and待遇 for male and female employees are worlds apart. In addition, what is done is never the same as what is said… If you like sucking up to the boss or sudden changes in direction, this might be worth trying!
