桃園汽車客運股份有限公司
Pros

- Has its own ID card, allowing free rides on Taoyuan Bus.

Cons

- I interviewed for a customer service position. The customer service interviewer conducted the interview, and the supervisor at the time also explained the customer service scheduling and days-off system, as well as the general job responsibilities. However, on my first day, I was told, “Customer service staff need to familiarize themselves with the routes first, so go conduct inspections today.” After working for about six months, I was suddenly told to go to a station and work as a station attendant. During this period, no one proactively informed me that there was no customer service position available. Later, during a meeting, the deputy manager, section chief, and inspection division chief all said they did not know about the situation, claiming only that the customer service interviewer had not been told that there were no customer service positions available. I felt they were shifting responsibility and deceiving people into joining by misrepresenting the position.

- There is no holiday bonus for the three major festivals. The company gives employees a bottle of cooking oil at the Dragon Boat Festival.

- If you can let unhelpful remarks or other people’s inexplicable emotions go in one ear and out the other—just listen and leave it at that—then it is not much of a problem. Otherwise, do not join the Supervisory Section.
