The owner and the owner's wife think that by using the titles of manager and store manager, no one will see through them. Every day, they monitor employees' every move with surveillance cameras and eavesdrop on employees' conversations. When employees resign, they even make arbitrary deductions from their wages and bonuses. Monitoring employees' every move alone is already outrageous, and they also watch the surveillance cameras while remotely controlling you by phone.
