If you don’t mind not having anyone else to work with, you can give it a try if an office with only one or two people suits you (there are six desks, but I’ve never seen them all occupied). As for overtime pay, you can just think about it. The boss seems to think it’s impressive that the company uses Apple products, but in reality they’re all old Apple laptops that are difficult to use. And then, there’s nothing more to say—there are just too many issues.
When the boss is in a good mood, employees can go straight home.
The pay is poor, and the boss is all talk! He says that if something gets past him, it’s almost certain to get past the client too, but in reality, proposals are still often rejected by clients!
There is a review unit between the people executing the work and the client, but when that review unit (the boss) cannot grasp the client’s needs, the employees will be worked to death! Sometimes, everything the client wants ends up in the boss’s pile of rejected proposals. After working on it until the boss approves and submitting it… the client says that’s not what they wanted……
