Because the company may be small, the initial interview was held at Starbucks. Once the discussion reached a certain point, they took me to the company to show me around (so small it was unimaginable, operating out of another company's meeting room). It then became a three-person interview panel, one of whom was a woman who spoke arrogantly and sarcastically remarked that the interviewee's previous job must have been very relaxed, since they had time to buy things through group purchases. The experience was extremely unpleasant.
