The vice president is an older woman around my mother’s age. As soon as you walk in, she starts investigating your family background and criticizing you. The company also doesn’t seem to have much potential for development—the products can’t be sold, and there are very few employees, fewer than 10. Such a pathetically small company offers new hires only the minimum starting salary. That’s understandable for a large company, but who would dare work for a small company at minimum starting pay?
