The colleagues and supervisor are nice.
The company is located in an ordinary residential building and is more like an office converted from someone's home. However, the office is extremely small and cramped, and there are not enough seats. Twice a week, I was asked to sit at a place resembling a conference table; I could only sit in the office on the other days… The only reason was that a part-time colleague needed that seat. This is extremely disrespectful to full-time employees! Having to move around is incredibly inconvenient. If there aren't enough seats, they shouldn't hire new employees.
The desk provided was very basic—small like a school desk—and the chair was actually a metal chair… The important thing is that all the other colleagues had normal office desks and chairs. I really don't understand why there was such unequal treatment.
I resigned after working there for less than a month. Anyone considering going there may want to think it over.
