A company that is very disrespectful to job seekers. They send interview invitations without looking at other people's résumés. My résumé was very different from the requirements of the position, and I had never even applied for it. This is basically a company that takes a scattershot approach. I asked the company why they sent me an interview invitation, but they never responded, and the matter was simply dropped.
It's also normal for them to have vacancies that remain open year after year. They rely entirely on manpower agencies to help find people. I think HR was probably just bored and sending invitations randomly. What a bizarre company.
