Read the community guidelines+ Coworkers are easy to get along with, although they are all relatively junior
+ The company offers benefits, but it depends on whether the boss wants to provide them
+ The boss has the final say in everything at the company! The boss is emotional, loves gossiping, claims to care about employees, and is extremely thin-skinned
+ Anything the sales team does not do becomes someone else’s responsibility; the sales team is treated like treasure, while everyone else is treated like grass
+ No raises, but extra work is guaranteed
+ Bonuses for the three traditional holidays are supposedly based on the company’s operating situation, but in reality they depend on the boss’s mood
+ The job bank posting advertises a high salary to lure people into interviews, then offers a low salary after the interview, showing no respect for job seekers
+ The job description differs from the actual work; the boss has the final say

During the interview, someone outside said “pass,” and the interview was then sped up for the person being interviewed. Some of the answers did not address the questions. Afterwards, the female interviewer from HR said to go out and tell the boss that they would come back in to have another discussion...
When I went back in, it still wasn't the boss—it was the same female interviewer. The main point is that the female interviewer said...
The boss said they wouldn't conduct the interview, so that was it....
I just sat there, feeling disrespected—extremely disrespected!
Besides that, the female interviewer really did not understand the internet or e-commerce, yet she kept making grand statements and using improper terminology. Even though she was the accountant, she actually said that for e-commerce account reconciliation, the person who pulls orders and prepares the documents should do the accounting because they would understand it better. How would that be me...?........
The colleagues are very nice, and the company environment is good too.
