The work environment here is great; the R&D, QA, PM, PJM, and administration teams are all very nice.

Working hours are flexible, and there is no need to clock in or out, creating a highly independent work environment. In terms of benefits, although there aren’t as many extras as at large companies, this company has great team cohesion. There is a team activity once every quarter or half-year, sometimes outside the company or even abroad!

The healthcare industry is genuinely quite demanding, so job seekers need to have tremendous patience and resilience.

In addition, the company’s sales team can be rather forceful, so as a frontline executor, you may sometimes feel overwhelmed. You also have to deal with the internal sales team’s strange ideas and pressure, as well as customers’ ever-expanding demands!

Pros… the office is very spacious

Simply put, it’s all just an empty shell.

There’s a flashy sign waving outside, but no decent proprietary products, no outstanding R&D team—it’s just a bunch of recent graduates. There’s also no long-term strategic plan. Everything is cobbled together from here and there, as if they think they can casually assemble a fleet this way. In reality, it’s just a glass cannon. IPO… No performance, no contracts, no high profit margins, and no bonuses to hope for. They expect you to obediently follow orders and work like a beast of burden. They have no money to cultivate talent, so of course they don’t value talent either. If you have aspirations in this industry, this is definitely not the place to choose. Neihu, Hsinchu Science Park, and Xizhi all have better alternatives. Seriously, don’t be foolish, everyone. Pfft.

Everyone at the company is easy to get along with. The company generally has a flat structure. Whether you can learn something depends on the individual—it may not necessarily be professional or technical knowledge, but it could perhaps be helpful to you later in life. The company has a very good reputation, but its practical and technical aspects may still need improvement.

New graduates, please think carefully before joining.

The work is very diverse, and there is a lot to do, so you can learn a great deal. If you don’t mind working hard, aren’t concerned about the low pay, and come with the mindset of learning and making friends, it’s great. You can join the boss in being a dreamer and pursue the vision together.

The pay is very low, there is a lot of work, and there is no overtime pay. Compensation is lower than the average at companies in the market, and opportunities for raises are limited. The engineers are very weak and everything is outsourced, so the project managers are quite pitiful. Everyone works very late. The engineers seem to be very unfriendly toward the project managers. They are always talking behind people’s backs. There is insufficient teamwork.
