Read the community guidelinesThe vast majority of colleagues are warm, responsible, easy to communicate with, and easy to get along with—truly angels. Everyone also genuinely loves the KKTV product.
The salary is not high, salary increases are very limited, and there is no career development to speak of, because management has absolutely not been managing these matters.
The company owners’ strategies and vision for product operations are very limited. At the group’s all-hands meetings, KKTV is always a BU that gets ignored and skipped over. All day long, they revolve around the anxiety of lacking money and ask employees to cooperate on various short-term projects to make a quick profit, but these have no continuity, so they can only continue brainstorming randomly about what short-term opportunity to hype next. OKRs are just for show, because no matter what gets set, they will ultimately be replaced by tasks aimed at making quick money.
If you have firmly decided to find a stable, comfortable job just to make a living, this place might be suitable. But if you have expectations for career development and salary growth, you can completely pass on this company.
