Colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
Cons
The CEO (vice president) of this company is terrible. Although it is a small company, he acts as if he holds a high position and is highly knowledgeable. During my time there, I often heard him verbally berating the company's subordinates. The turnover rate in this company's marketing department is reportedly very high (I only stayed for a few days), so if you are considering working here, you should mentally prepare yourself.
