There are quite a lot of drawbacks. They hire people cheaply and, under the guise of learning, constantly expect you to learn more and improve yourself. In the end, one person ends up handling various different positions, so the work is pretty scattered, haha. I left fairly quickly, but I really did hear that around March 2020, the employees all left together. Although I don't know the reason, I don't want to know either~~~~

The boss is extremely self-important. After reading only a few terms, he thinks he can master the entire position and is extremely rigid. During the first half of the year, almost the entire team resigned; during the second half, they deceived graduates with various benefits, only for them to discover after joining that these were actually standard benefits required by labor laws. Later, graduates resigned in droves because employees were forced to work until 9 p.m. (there was no break all day; although they claimed that employees could take a break at any time, there was simply no time). The boss also has a personal fan page where he often insults employees with offensive language. The boss described above does not believe any of this is his fault!
Capable people who join will only be held back by entrenched employees (who are actually nonprofessional marketers who graduated only a year ago). This is a very inefficient company with no systems. Its SENCE is terrible, yet they keep saying they do things this way because customers like it, not because they (the bosses) like it. If you tell the boss A, he will assume you want to understand the entire process from A to Z and will consider you incapable and useless. Unless you want to join for the experience, I do not recommend coming to this company～～
By the way, the company has an extremely strong sandalwood smell. Livestreamers (the kind who look extremely lacking in SENCE) often come to livestream there. Whenever someone resigns, she goes to her personal fan page and says hurtful things, such as that the person was kept by someone, supported by a man, or financially well-off at home and therefore could resign without consequence, using these remarks to comfort herself about her pitiful circumstances.
