Cons
1. Before the interview, you must provide your birth date and time (the Eight Characters) for the boss to assess. After passing the assessment, you proceed to the interview. Whether you are hired is related to Zi Wei Dou Shu.
2. When faced with questions, HR cannot provide definite answers; everything still has to be asked of the boss.
