Read the community guidelinesBasically, the female interviewer seemed a little friendlier…
The interview was conducted by two people, one man and one woman.
The woman asked many questions very professionally.
The man kept scrolling on his phone, which felt disrespectful.
When I first went to the company’s second floor, I also briefly observed the employees there. They all seemed to have somewhat world-weary expressions.
I don’t know whether the work atmosphere is actually not very good.
Anyway, the interview lasted about two hours, and I felt that it was a bit of a waste of time.
Salary is paid on time (if the 5th falls on a holiday, payment is postponed to the next working day)
You are scheduled to work a full 22 days every month
Customer service staff are assigned to support the back-office team with packing orders. The back-office unit is constantly burdened with blame, endless miscellaneous tasks, and endless fines (as long as a customer reports receiving the wrong product, a fine is imposed). There are 8 days off per month (Sundays are fixed days off), with no national holidays (and no substitute days off or overtime pay).
