Pros
The team is friendly and the company environment is great, especially providing significant support for personal growth. In addition, employees can participate in evening meditation activities, which is a relatively uncommon arrangement in Taiwan!
Cons
You need to be clear about what services and expertise you can offer the company rather than waiting for the company to assign tasks. You need to be able to come up with ideas independently in this regard.
