I came to the interview on time at the other company’s request, dressed neatly and with a sincere attitude. However, the interviewer (a bald man) did not seem to be in a very good mood. I maintained a smile throughout and introduced myself, answering every question thoroughly and sincerely. Yet he continued to look arrogant and disdainful, with his arms crossed over his chest. When I showed him my portfolio demo (on my computer), he interrupted my introduction, pulled the computer toward himself, and looked at it on his own, exhaling through his nose as he did so... At that point, I had enough self-awareness to realize that perhaps I was not the person their company wanted. Nevertheless, I continued to maintain the appropriate smile and composure and did my best to promote myself. What is laughable and frustrating is that the interview invitation was sent to me proactively by your company. My application clearly stated my education and work experience, so how did you not know my background? At the beginning of the interview, he was only looking at the documents that HR had just printed out. It felt as if they had casually found someone and then casually sent them away... In any case, I maintained the appropriate smile and sincere attitude toward this interview until I left the company. I did not wrong anyone or behave impolitely; I was simply not given the reasonable respect I deserved.
