1. Office politics and internal conflicts are severe, and people who are not politically savvy will be exhausted. Employees at any level may suffer and be pushed out as a result. No wonder 104 is short of employees at every level except management.
2. Communication among management is very opaque. The company appears to advocate a culture of open communication, but beneath the surface, undercurrents are surging. They hold hands in public but stab each other in the back. Their words are honeyed but their actions are malicious, so do not believe the pleasant things they say on the surface.
3. There is no comprehensive employee training. When employees raise training needs, they are instead questioned about having poor learning ability and being unsuitable for their positions.
4. Internal efficiency is poor. On the surface, everyone is openly encouraged to propose ideas for improvement, but in reality, petty people are everywhere, waiting for others to be pushed out.
