Cons

The owner of this company has no abilities whatsoever—he only knows how to exploit loopholes and freeload. When he gets flustered, he loves to blurt out English; every problem is someone else’s problem, and he constantly repeats “don’t challenge me.” This jerk, who returned to Taiwan claiming overseas venture-capital experience to pursue a second startup, does nothing but talk and accomplishes nothing. While freeloading, he was inspected by the Environmental Protection Bureau and the Fire Department. He loves to lie blatantly, and only knows how to order around employees paid for by others. His own company cannot even afford to support its employees, so who knows why he can still continue swindling government resources? In a word: terrible.

Cons

1. The company's registered address is the person in charge's home. There is no fixed workplace, and it keeps moving between various startup and investment locations—sometimes employees have to move every month, and at most every three months. If you're unlucky, you may even have to move between counties or cities. If you've signed a one-year lease... they will force you to terminate it and move to another county or city, without compensating you for the breach-of-contract penalty or moving expenses.

2. Although it is a biotechnology company, because it has no fixed office, there is no need to mention a company laboratory. The laboratory is basically borrowed from other organizations. Borrowing one would be fine, except that the contract and procedures had not even been completed, and the costs of consumables and usage had not yet been settled, while the person in charge kept urging people to conduct experiments. They even said that to get ahead in life, you need to be thick-skinned, and that this is the key to success.

3. Because production creates an unusual odor, they carried out production in a place where production was not permitted. Although the site rental included utilities, it could not be used for production. After being caught, they still indignantly said, “If something can be used, you should make the most of it.” In the end, they were driven out by the site's management committee.

4. They publicly claim to have their own factory, but in reality it is merely someone else's factory with which they cooperated a long time ago. In fact, they do not have one at all.

5. The person in charge is very capable (?)—so capable that they cannot stand listening to others' opinions, including professional opinions, and as a result, things often go wrong. Afterward, they randomly shift the blame onto others.

6. The person in charge is overly ambitious. Although they have many ideas, they have not even mastered the basics, and the result is failure.

7. They often have sudden flights of fancy, creating unnecessary work for others.

8. Even when employees obtain government subsidies, they are not allowed to use them, and their whereabouts are unclear.

9. The person in charge treats people terribly and often makes a pile of unreasonable demands, while only being willing to pay a tiny salary. The company offers zero benefits. Do not join this company under any circumstances. Many people do not last even two months.
