Read the community guidelinesThe interviewer, the Channel Marketing Manager, was very kind and explained the job responsibilities quite clearly. Although the company did not appear to be very large, it still gave me a good impression.
The interview took place about a month ago. Taking the company’s evaluation time into consideration, and because I was interested in the position, I proactively asked about the evaluation status through the interview notification on 104 after two weeks. I also called the person who had originally invited me to the interview. They replied that they would ask the supervisor for their opinion and get back to me. However, another two weeks have passed with no response at all......Even if I was not selected, since the job seeker proactively followed up, it would still have been more appropriate and polite to inform me of the result, wouldn’t it? A reply through 104 or by email would have been fine! Hearing nothing at all leaves one feeling rather uncomfortable.....
