After submitting my resume through 104, it took nearly two weeks just to coordinate the video interview time back and forth. In the end, I sent back my available interview times, but the company neither replied to confirm whether any of them worked nor provided interview details such as a meeting link. They also did not confirm by phone. On the day of the interview, the company sent a video link through 104 at noon, but since they had not replied to confirm the interview time, I had scheduled other commitments. The company directly reported to 104 that I had failed to show up for the interview. I recommend that interviewees confirm the interview time with this company repeatedly.

The wait for the interview was extremely long; I waited nearly 20 minutes before the interview began.
During the interview with the first supervisor, the supervisor spoke to me while working and did not look at me at all, which was quite rude. They did not ask about my professional expertise and then brought in the direct supervisor.
I waited another nearly 15 minutes. The direct supervisor came in and did not want to hear about my expertise, mainly asking, “Do you know what this job is about?” They also placed very, very, very strong emphasis on the overtime-heavy work environment.
