The company is located in a building, but the building’s cleanliness could probably be improved.
The interview process was alright, but I suggest that the interviewer or boss not make their position so obvious. Toward the end, they directly indicated that they were not particularly interested in you, which can make people feel that they are not being shown basic respect. I suggest they work on their poise and attitude.

The Korean course planning interview required translating an article (at an advanced level, with no access to a dictionary; the interviewer watched on the spot and did not provide much feedback).
A Chinese-Korean oral interview, with many strange questions unrelated to the job.
The boss seemed difficult to get along with.
There was no response after the interview. I did not hear about the company’s benefits during the interview; the boss only cared about what benefits employees could bring to the company.

The English course proposal required submitting a pile of materials in advance:
1. An English translation of an article
2. An article comparing English words
3. Word explanations
4. Past copywriting and proposal templates
It took about two full days to complete everything. Producing the written content, designing the graphics and text, formatting, and so on took quite a lot of time.
I submitted a pile of materials, and it has been about a month without receiving any response (I sent it to the recruiting email address listed on 104). I find this extremely rude. Regardless of whether the content meets the hiring requirements, giving applicants a simple reply about the result is basic courtesy, isn’t it? Does the company not usually spend time doing these things itself? I hate this kind of rude company that disrespects job applicants. It probably wouldn’t treat its employees very well either.
