Cons

It’s essentially a company where the owner is absent and the general manager and his wife are in control. The internal infighting is no less dramatic than a soap opera.

General manager—He comes into the office from time to time, pretending to be friendly and hypocritically praising everyone, while hovering around them and making people very uncomfortable. He loves making grand promises, speaks loudly, is self-important, and has no substance.

His wife—The company’s finance manager. She often colludes with senior management to make temporary decisions about certain matters.

Business partner—Spends all day talking on the phone in the office, appears when employees need to be reviewed, and has no substance.

Sales manager and supervisor—The two have a very good relationship and are fed up with the three people mentioned above, but since they are paid employees, they do not dare speak up. Otherwise, they resort to bullying and mistreat the employees beneath them.

During my employment, I saw three employees being forced out.

Salary—25K. You would earn more working at a convenience store.

Pros

At the end of the year, you’ll receive at least 2–3 months’ worth... Not sure if it’s true.

Team performance bonus

A half-hour buffer for commuting to and from work

Cons

Low starting salary

Perfect attendance bonus of 1,800... a high proportion, included in the salary

Received a job offer email stating that I could inform them if I needed to start earlier or later. During the interview, I forgot to ask whether it was an overtime-pay system or a responsibility-based system. Since I couldn’t contact them during the holiday, I replied to the email first. Today, I received two emails, one after the other. I replied that it was an overtime-pay system. The final email stated that because I did not report for work as scheduled, my offer was canceled.

I’m speechless—my job offer was canceled just like that!
