Read the community guidelinesThe work environment looks very clean and spacious.
The interview took place in a place that looked a lot like a factory. There was no doorbell, reception desk, or receptionist. Upon arrival, I had to call them myself to let them know I was there, then enter an area where I had to change my shoes. The interviewer then arrived; their overall appearance was very rough and they were even barefoot—extremely casual and home-like.
The entire interview took about 30 minutes because the interviewer did not want to answer any more questions.
1. The very first question was why I had this surname and where I was from. It was a common surname, so this felt very strange.
2. The company says it wants to build a brand, but its website is extremely unattractive, and they do not seem to understand what branding is.
3. Although there are three people in marketing (planning, design, and customer service), there is still a supervisor. The division of work on the website is also not very clear, and the three roles overlap with one another. However, the interviewer could not clearly explain the differences among them.
4. When the questions raised were too difficult, or the interviewer did not want to answer and simply brushed me off, it was very obvious. It felt like the interviewer was either not experienced or was a supervisor who fundamentally did not understand the job.
